Wallis Life OS Privacy Policy

Wallis Life OS is a private personal application used by its owner for organization, search, automation, and integrity monitoring.

Google data accessed

Wallis Life OS may access Google Drive file metadata, Google Docs content, and Google Sheets content that the authorized user has permission to access.

The application uses read-only Google API permissions. It does not use these permissions to create, edit, delete, rename, move, or change sharing permissions on Google Drive files.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide Wallis Life OS functions requested by its owner, including:

  • checking whether expected files, document tabs, spreadsheet tabs, IDs, links, headers, and formulas remain structurally valid;
  • building a minimal read-only search index for authorized Wallis Life OS records;
  • locating and launching the appropriate canonical Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or application record.

Data storage

Wallis Life OS may temporarily process or cache minimal derived metadata needed for these functions, such as stable record ID, title or label, approved alias, source type, privacy scope, and launch pointer.

The application’s canonical information remains in its original authorized source. Wallis Life OS does not create a second authoritative copy of Google user data.

OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored privately on the authorized worker computer and are not intentionally stored in public repositories, application reports, or public documents.

Data sharing

Google user data accessed by Wallis Life OS is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Data retention

Derived search/index information may be regenerated from the authorized canonical sources. Diagnostic reports are designed to contain only the minimum information required to identify system-integrity issues and are not intended to contain private record contents or authentication credentials.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Wallis Life OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
